How to produce high-quality fertilizer granules

• Introduction to the double-roll extrusion granulator

This granulator adopts a dry extrusion granulation process, which can quickly extrude powdered raw materials into granular materials at room temperature. Common raw materials are usually potassium chloride, MAP, DAP, organic fertilizer, compound fertilizer, etc. The extruded granules are of uniform size and solid. The output can reach 1-3 tons per hour, which greatly improves the production efficiency of fertilizers.

• Granule Rounding Machine

The extruded granules are uniformly oblate. This fertilizer equipment can help you get the ideal granule shape if you need to turn the granules into round balls.

The rounding machine is divided into first-stage rounding, second-stage rounding, and third-stage rounding.
