Application of screening machine in fertilizer production line

Screening machines play a very important role in fertilizer production lines. Rotary Drum Screening Machine

The rotary drum screening machine is a commonly used separation and screening equipment in fertilizer production lines. It is usually used for screening, grading, and removing impurities of finished fertilizer granules after granulation.

A circular screen is installed inside the drum screening machine. During the rotation of the drum, the material is separated and screened by centrifugal force and gravity. According to the size of the screen hole, the material with a particle size smaller than the screen hole passes through the screen hole and is discharged from the discharge port. The material larger than the screen hole size is blocked on the screen surface, forming a material grading effect.

During the screening process, the material is discharged separately according to the different discharge ports, which is convenient for subsequent processing and collection.
