So how can we make cat litter that is both beautiful and loved by kittens?

Usually cat litter with a diameter of 2-5 mm is the most popular because it is highly absorbent.

For cats, choosing cat litter is very important. Poor quality cat litter may affect your cat's daily life. The main types of cat litter on the market are as follows:

1. Concentrated cat litter: The main materials are montmorillonite and bentonite based on mineral clay.
2. Crystal cat litter: The main material is silica gel.
The ingredient is silica.
3. Pine cat litter: mainly made of recycled materials, pine wood, pulp or wheat by-products.
4. Tofu cat litter: Made from rotten residue, the main ingredients are soy fiber and corn starch.
5. Paper scraps cat litter: The main materials are paper and paper scraps.

Our company has two types of granulators suitable for making fine cat litter, namely disc granulator and flat die granulator.

DISC GRANULATOR

Air-dry the selected bentonite raw materials under natural conditions to control the moisture content of the bentonite at about 10%. Add 2.5% alkali and mix evenly with a loader, and wait for it to age naturally. After about 5-7 days, use a grinder to grind the bentonite into a fine powder of 200 mesh with a passing rate of 90%. Then, add water and sterilizing agent to the fine powder, and process the fine powder into cat litter particles with a diameter of 2-3mm through a ball and disk machine. Finally, the cat litter particles are sent to the dryer for drying through the conveying equipment. After drying, the finished product is sieved. After the finished product is cooled to normal temperature, 0.5% granular spices are added and the finished product is packaged.

FLAT DIE GRANULATOR

The flat die granulator is a biomass granulation equipment that produces nearly dry materials. The process of making cat litter is similar to that of the disc granulator, except that the granules are cylindrical, and the size of the granules from this granulation equipment can also be With customization, the mold gap can be large or small, and the particles can be beautiful.
