The vertical chain crusher consists of a cylindrical shell, a rotor, upper and lower support bearings and a transmission part. There is a feed port on the upper part of the shell, and a liner and a retaining ring are installed in the shell to prevent the material from falling directly and protect the shell. There are 2-5 hanging chain plates on the rotor, and each hanging chain plate is hung with a number of chains, and the upper and lower layers of chains are staggered. When the material enters from the feed port, it is hit by the fast-rotating chain, hits the retaining ring and falls to the next layer. The material is crushed after being hit and impacted layer by layer.
The cage crusher uses cage bars fixed on a high-speed rotating rotor to hit the material to achieve material crushing. Two sets of cage bars rotate in opposite directions at high speed inside, and the material is crushed from the inside to the outside by the impact of the cage bars. The cage crusher has a simple structure, good crushing performance, strong sealing, and is particularly suitable for crushing materials with high humidity.
Urea crusher is a pulverizing equipment designed for grinding urea. It has the characteristics of a simple and compact structure, small footprint, good pulverizing effect, stable operation, high production efficiency, not easy to block, and easy to clean. The urea pulverizer uses professionally designed knives and high-speed rotating knife discs, which can efficiently and quickly crush urea particles into fine powder. By adjusting the parameters, the particle size of the powder after pulverization can be controlled to meet different production requirements.
