The production process of making water-soluble fertilizer granules

1. Raw material preparation: Use a weighing batching machine to mix the water-soluble fertilizer raw materials and auxiliary materials in a certain proportion to ensure that the content of various elements meets the requirements.

2. Pretreatment: The well-proportioned raw materials are reprocessed by a crusher or mixer to make the particles more delicate and uniform, which is conducive to the subsequent granulation work.

3. Granulation: The processed raw materials are granulated by a roller extrusion granulator, and the ball formation rate is as high as 95%.

4. Screening and packaging: The granulated water-soluble fertilizer particles are screened to remove unqualified particles, and then packaged and stored.
