After the pellets enter the disc granulator, they are affected by centrifugal force, friction and gravity in the disc granulator. Parabolic motion, and the water in the ball is continuously squeezed out of the surface during the continuous rolling process. Due to the adhesion and plasticity of the material, the ball core and the raw meal powder bond with each other during the movement and gradually grow. Due to the adhesiveness of the material and the natural volatilization of the surface liquid film, the material ball has a certain strength. When the parameters such as the inclination angle, disc edge height, rotation speed and moisture content of the disc granulator are constant, the balls of different particle sizes leave the disc edge of the disc granulator and roll downward due to different gravity.
