The hot blast stove uses the direct combustion of fuel, and the hot blast is formed by high purification treatment, which is heated and dried or baked in direct contact with the material. The fuel is directly burned, and hot air is formed after high purification treatment, which is directly contacted with the material for heating, drying or baking. The fuel consumption of this method is about half of that with steam or other indirect heaters. Therefore, direct high-purification hot air can be used without affecting the quality of drying products. The hot blast stove has been proved by the production test of the compound fertilizer manufacturer: the heating area is large and the amount of hot air is sufficient, which greatly reduces the temperature difference between the head and the tail, so that the water content of the compound fertilizer can be easily controlled within the specified range.
