Step 1: Aerobic Composting & Fermentation
Proper composting stabilizes raw manure (chicken, cow, or pig dung) and organic waste, killing pathogens, weed seeds, and foul odors.
Self-Propelled Windrow Turner: Operates on open concrete pads. The machine straddles triangular windrow piles of manure and straw, lifting, oxygenating, and re-stacking the compost to accelerate aerobic fermentation (20–30 days).
Groove-Type Hydraulic Turner Option: Installed inside a covered workshop over concrete channels. Heavy-duty paddles lift and turn compost efficiently for farms with limited open pad space.
Step 2: Pulverization & Homogeneous Mixing
Once composting is complete, the material must be crushed and blended into a uniform powder baseline.
Semi-Wet Material Crusher: Standard mills clog when handling damp compost (30%–40% moisture). A screenless semi-wet crusher pulverizes sticky manure cakes and organic lumps into a fine 40–80 mesh powder without blinding.
Horizontal Double Shaft Mixer: Pulverized compost enters a continuous double shaft mixer. Overlapping paddle blades thoroughly blend the organic base with functional bio-inoculants, humic acid, or supplementary NPK mineral elements within 2 to 3 minutes.
Step 3: Granulation (Pelletizing)
