Features of Manure Fermentation Tank

 

It has the characteristics of short fermentation period, cover small area and friendly environment. The closed aerobic fermentation tank is composed of nine systems: feed system, silo reactor, hydraulic drive system, ventilation system, discharge system, exhaust and deodorization system, panel and electronic control system. Livestock and poultry manure can choose not to add or add a small amount of excipients and microbial inoculum according to their moisture content and heat value. The feeding system is put into the silo reactor, and the feces are agitated by the impeller blades of the driving mechanism to form a continuous agitation state in the silo. At the same time, the aeration and heat recovery devices of the equipment provide dry hot air for the aeration impeller blades. A uniform hot air space is formed at the back of the blade, which is in full contact with the material for oxygen supply, heat transfer; dehumidification and ventilation. The air is collected and treated from the bottom of the silo through the stack. The temperature in the tank during fermentation can reach 65-75°C, which can ensure the killing of various pathogens. The moisture content of the material after fermentation is about 35%, and the final product is safe and harmless organic fertilizer. The reactor is a closed whole. After the odor is collected through the top pipeline, it is washed and deodorized by water spray and discharged to the standard.

 

Equipment Working Principle:

 

The equipment of thermophilic aerobic fermentation tank is equipped with oxygen concentration sensor and temperature sensor. The oxygen delivery and temperature are automatically adjusted by PLC signal. Under the action of ventilation, oxygen filling and stirring, the fermentation temperature of materials is controlled between 55 and 65 degrees Celsius to reach the optimum temperature for material fermentation. At this temperature, a large number of pathogens and parasites in the stack can be killed and harmless. Purpose of treatment. Some of the treated materials are mixed with new materials as reflux materials, and most of them are sold as organic fertilizers after packaging to realize resource utilization. The odor produced during fermentation is discharged into deodorizer through collection system to avoid secondary pollution. The system is equipped with electrically assisted heating to ensure that fermentation conditions can be quickly reached at low temperature and continuous production can be ensured at low temperature.
