The Caked Material Fertilizer Crushing Machine for Bulk Bags is a rugged, heavy-duty material conditioning system engineered for the rapid reduction of fertilizer granules that have consolidated into rock-hard mass blocks during maritime transit or multi-tier warehouse stacking. Specifically sized to fit standard bulk bag (FIBC) discharging footprints, this machine acts as a high-throughput interceptor to process severely caked formulations including NPK, ammonium sulfate, and potash.
The machine features an oversized, unobstructed inlet hopper that receives massive collapsed chunks directly from the bag spout. Driven by a high-torque, low-RPM dual-shaft assembly, the heavy-forged crushing fingers mechanically shear and fracture the dense agglomerates upon impact. Operating with a screenless, straight-through gravity discharge design, it rapidly processes high volumetric flows without internal friction heat or material wrapping.
