In the Bulk Blending (BB) fertilizer industry, the primary challenge is not just mixing, but ensuring that every bag contains the exact NPK ratio promised on the label. Due to differences in particle size and bulk density between urea, DAP, and potash, "nutrient segregation" often occurs during the batching and conveying stages. A high-precision 4-bin static batching production line offers a mechanical solution to these physical inconsistencies, shifting the focus from volume-based estimation to weight-based precision.


The Core Process: Static Batching Reliability
Unlike dynamic continuous batching which can be affected by belt speed fluctuations, the Static Batching Machine utilizes a "batch-by-batch" weighing method:

Individually Instrumented Bins: Each of the 4 bins is equipped with high-precision pressure sensors. This ensures that even for micro-elements, the dosing accuracy is maintained within ±0.5%.

Material Compatibility: The system is designed to handle diverse physical properties, from the high hygroscopicity of urea to the abrasive nature of phosphate rock, using anti-corrosive Q235B or SUS304 contact parts.


Optimized Mixing & Packaging

BB Fertilizer Mixer: The integration of a large-diameter horizontal mixer allows for a homogeneous blend within a 3-5 minute cycle. The internal paddles are engineered to provide high-speed blending without compromising the physical integrity of the granules.

Direct-Link Conveying: Utilizing a specialized Belt Conveyor, the measured materials are transported directly into the mixer, minimizing the drop height to prevent secondary segregation of particles before they reach the Automatic Packaging Machine.

Capacity: 5–15 Tons per Hour (Scalable).

Since its commissioning, the production line has operated stably. Customer feedback indicates that the new system has increased single-shift output from the original 12 tons to 24 tons, reduced batching errors from ±1.5% to within ±0.2%, and significantly improved the uniformity of finished products as verified by spot checks. The client plans to install a second, identical production line within the current year to meet the growing demand in the surrounding market.
