The Compact Fertilizer Crushing Machine for Caked Pellets is a heavy-duty, high-throughput bulk material reduction system specifically engineered for the rapid de-lumping of fertilizer granules that have severely hardened inside tonnage bags (FIBCs) during long-term storage or maritime transit. This machine serves as a critical high-speed reclaiming station, accepting massive, compacted fertilizer agglomerates discharged directly from bulk bags and instantly breaking them down into manageable, free-flowing sizes.
Utilizing high-torque dual shafts or rugged breaker bars, the system delivers the necessary mechanical force to shear through dense chemical fertilizer crusts (including NPK, Urea, and Ammonium Sulfate).
