The Sulfur Coated Urea Slow Release Fertilizer Plant Line is a high-efficiency, fully automated industrial manufacturing system engineered for the continuous encapsulation of granular urea with molten sulfur. This specialized plant line integrates advanced sulfur melting and multi-point atomized spraying technologies to form a uniform, solid protective film around each urea granule. By creating this robust sulfur shell, the equipment effectively prevents the highly hygroscopic urea from caking during warehouse stacking and drastically retards its dissolution rate in soil. This thermal coating process minimizes volatile nitrogen leaching and nutrient loss, thereby maximizing nitrogen use efficiency and extending the fertilizer's operational validity period to match crop growth cycles.
The production line features an enclosed, explosion-proof rotary coating drum where pre-heated urea granules are precisely metered. Molten sulfur is micro-sprayed onto the rolling granule curtain, freezing instantly upon contact to build the primary slow-release barrier. The line is further equipped with secondary wax or polymer conditioning sealers to fill micro-fissures in the sulfur crust, followed by fluid bed cooling modules. Operating with a gentle handling design to ensure zero capsule damage, this production line delivers premium, cost-effective Sulfur Coated Urea (SCU) with exact controlled-release profiles.

Fertilizer coating production line
The workflow of the coating production line mainly includes the following key steps:
Raw material preparation:
First, prepare the required fertilizer raw materials, including granular fertilizer and coating agent. Ensure the freshness and quality of the raw materials for subsequent processing.
Material conveying:
The fertilizer particles are fed into the feeding port of the coating machine through a conveying system (such as a screw conveyor) to ensure that the materials flow in evenly.
