The Industrial Fertilizer Lump Crusher Equipment for Salts is an ultra-heavy-duty size reduction system engineered specifically to fracture the severe, high-hardness consolidation common in crystalline and inorganic salt-based chemical fertilizers. Due to the highly hygroscopic and chemically reactive nature of industrial salts (such as ammonium sulfate, potassium chloride, and nitrate compounds), these materials undergo intense recrystallization and moisture caking during warehouse storage or maritime transit, transforming into dense, rock-hard monolithic masses.
Designed to be integrated directly beneath storage silos, bulk dumping stations, or conveyor discharge chutes, the machine features a wide-opening intake throat for unobstructed gravity feeding. It is driven by a high-torque, low-RPM dual-shaft assembly outfitted with heavy-forged, wear-resistant breaking elements that deliver immense mechanical shearing and crushing forces to split hardened salt crusts instantly upon impact. Built with a screenless, straight-through gravity discharge configuration, the equipment minimizes internal friction and allows the conditioned material to exit freely. This heavy-duty design rapidly restores the consolidated salt into a free-flowing, manageable particle size, completely eliminating downstream hopper bridging and protecting subsequent mixing, bagging, or blending lines from mechanical overloads.
