High Yield, Zero Damage**: Gentle-rolling drums and smooth conveyors protect the delicate multi-layer coating, ensuring a finished product yield of ≥98%.

How the Automated Process Works
The entire line is fully automated and managed via a simple central PLC touchscreen:

1. Dedusting: Filters out dust and broken pieces to ensure a clean base and prevent nozzle clogs.
2. Pre-Heating: Warms granules to remove trace surface moisture, maximizing coating adhesion.
3. Polishing: Smooths out sharp edges, which reduces the amount of expensive coating liquid needed.
4. Multi-Layer Coating: High-pressure sprayers apply the liquid film in uniform, precise, and distinct layers.
5. Curing & Cooling: Hot air quickly cures the liquid into a tough shell followed by gradual cooling to prevent the film from cracking.
6. Auto-Packaging: Finished slow-release granules go straight to the automatic bagging machine for airtight sealing.
